With a strong uptick in the seller and succession advisors we are working with, we are increasing the “Buyer Listing” we internally use to introduce to advisors we are working with who are looking to sell out or sell over time.
It’s free to be on our Buyer List although it does take a small time investment to fill out our required Executive Buyer Summary on your practice and there is a success fee for completed acquisitions.
We work with sellers of all shapes and sizes so we are adding interested in buyers in all shapes and sizes as well.
We are adding buyers looking to acquire locally, regionally and/or nationally.
When we have a seller ready to be matched with screened buyers we introduce just 3 to 5 potential buyers from this list based on matching buyer and seller criteria.
We only introduce buyers who have already prequalified through AdvisorLoans or a primary industry lender for financing for the loan amount needed for the acquisition price. AdvisorLoans prequalifies advisors for free.
Our sellers are typically financing 25% to 30% of the sales price and are looking for buyers with access to lending capital to provide 70% to 75% down payment.
