Visit Our Headquarters in Breckenridge, Colorado
While we have personnel that works from various satellite locations, our headquarters are located in Breckenridge, Colorado which is just over a hour drive west from Denver. Why have our HQ in a world class mountain resort town? If that’s a serious question, our answer is simply, why not?
Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet elevation, seven miles long and two miles wide, that sits in a valley surrounded by mountains virtually on all sides. Our office has some of the most picturesque views of any office, anywhere in the world.
The town is typically bustling with visitors from around the world and we have seen local residents including moose walking by our office.
We are located on the corner of South Ridge & Lincoln Avenue in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. We occupy the Exchange Building which is on the Historic Registry and was the original bank of Breckenridge established in 1880. The story goes that the bank was established by brothers from New York City who came to Breck to take advantage of the town’s Gold Boom. However, prospectors were more comfortable depositing their treasure with the bar keeper next door than with big city bankers no one knew.
The original vault door is still intact and a unique part of our office atmosphere. Should you visit Breckenridge we invite you to drop by and say hello. Most every advisor who visits tells us that we embody “living the life” and we couldn’t agree more.
Come Visit Us!
We encourage advisors to take a vacation business trip to Breckenridge to visit Advisorbox anytime of the year. We typically get 300 days of sunshine & 300 inches of snow. It’s a lot easier to write off a skiing or fly-fishing trip when there is a legitimate business purpose involved.
If you are coming to Breckenridge we would be happy to give you our “local concierge” suggestions and recommendations for just about anything and everything like: lodging, restaurants, bars, massages, rentals, lift tickets, mountains to explore, ski resort insider tips, snowmobiling, nordic, tubing, ice skating, dog sledding, off road, Dillon lake fun, camping, fishing spots and guides, when and where reservations are needed, etc.
We are so committed to client service and relationships we will actually leave the office to take a few ski runs with advisors. It is a sacrifice we are willing to make for our advisor clients, especially on a powder day.
